A small company that stays small on purpose

Santa’s Team Clean is an owner-run cleaning business in Munich. We look after commercial premises with our own staff and take on only as many contracts as we can personally oversee.

Most complaints about cleaning companies sound the same. At the start everything was fine, then somebody different came every week, then nobody remembered that the meeting room is done on Fridays, and at some point nobody answered the phone any more.

That does not happen out of bad will. It happens because a business grows faster than it can train people, and fills the gap with subcontractors and rotating temporary staff. The client notices it first on the floor and then on the invoice.

We decided against that. Every site gets a fixed team and one contact person who has seen the rooms in person. If we cannot serve an enquiry properly, we would rather say so than make a promise we cannot keep three months later.

That is why we have no call centre and no glossy brochure. What we do have: the same faces on your premises, a written schedule of works, and a number where somebody answers who is allowed to decide.
